Stazione ferroviaria e sottovia

Tortoreto (TE)

The work consisted in the construction of an integrated sliding lane, with a complex of side streets connected with the underpass of the station which has taken on the public viability with the possibility of accessing railways through regulated ramps to the disabled.

The intervention has foreseen the extension of the modular (parametric) sidewalks for stops; the elevation of the sidewalks according to the current standards; the refurbishment of the lighting system; the demolition and refurbishment of the entire vertical signage appropriate to the new RFI guidelines; the realization of new fences that identify and delimit the perimeter of the stop, but above all ensure the public’s safety of the railroad exercise that takes place at the city’s center of the city. As for the elevation of the sidewalk, an experimental project has been proposed, of prefabricated and modular type, which has allowed to avoid overtraining or work on the existing cavities and wells with drastic reduction of the working and finishing time of the flooring, but above all work without any interruption on the usability of the sidewalk and thus cancel, almost totally discomfort to the passenger service and train traffic.

The lighting system is in LEDs, so you get a higher light intensity at the train stop.
