Before providing us with your personal data through the "Contact" form, please read this information that informs you that we collect your data in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the "European Regulation on the protection of personal data" EU 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as E.R. 2016/679) and that this regulation applies both to the data formally requested in the default fields and to those that you spontaneously provide in the text of the message.

In order to provide you with the correct information you requested, all the data requested in the Form are essential: these are exclusively common identification and contact data (name and email).

Data are collected and processed by us with the exclusive purpose of providing the requested information.

Data processing methods

Data are processed by us through our IT system, in compliance with the Security Measures provided by the GDPR 679/2016, as well as in paper form, and the related documentation will be correctly stored and protected for as long as needed for their processing.
The data provided will be processed by our Collaborators, in their capacity as Data Supervisors and /or Processors: they will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to third parties only if strictly indispensable in relation to your requests.

Duration of processing

Your data will be stored in our database only for the time strictly necessary for their processing, unless you expressly indicate otherwise: if you wish the data to be erased immediately after providing the requested information, please let us know in the "Message" field on the Form.

Provision of data

The provision of your data as well as the consent to the processing of the data provided are optional.
We are obliged to inform you that failure to provide contact data will make it impossible for us to give you the requested information; in the same way, failure to consent to processing may force us to erase the data provided.

Rights of the data subject

We inform you that, in your capacity as data subject, you have all the rights provided for in accordance with art. 15/16/17/18/20/21 of the E.R.
2016/679, among which to obtain without delay, from the Data Controller, the confirmation or otherwise of the existence of personal data concerning you, the updating, correction, integration, erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the same.

The undersigned, having acquired the above information in compliance with the provisions of art.13 of E.R. 2016/679, expresses their free and full consent to the processing of personal data provided, by ticking the relevant box at the bottom of the Form.
