A company that has become international, able to develop great skills and technological know-how, cannot forget its territory. The real estate intervention called Il Melograno was an operation that the D’Adiutorio Company undertook to give precious things back to its territory, one of those actions that qualify the relationship between a company and its community.
As a result of a program agreement between the Abruzzi Region, the Municipality of Montorio al Vomano and the company, the project foresaw the construction of three residential buildings (made up of 12 apartments and 4 multifunctional halls owned by the Municipality), as well as urban development and a theater, which has become the main cultural gathering place for Montorio al Vomano.
